Contressa Oliver–Founder & Executive Director
Celebrity licensed hairstylist (2004), barber (2017), and licensed instructor (2010) Contressa Oliver, the visionary behind Revilo Gives, Inc. A proud native of Sasser, Georgia, Contressa holds a degree in Marketing Management (2010) and two professional licenses in the state of Georgia. With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Contressa is a licensed master cosmetologist, barber, and instructor in Georgia. She’s a published professional, a member of the Professional Beauty Association, and has worked with leading brands such as Regis Corporation and Bronner Brother’s International Beauty Show. Her work has been featured on top media platforms including The Shaderoom, Rolling Out, and MSN, showcasing her artistry to diverse, nationwide audiences.
As an educator for both the Georgia Department of Education (2020-present) and the Technical College System of Georgia (2010-present), she teaches high school and college-level cosmetology, preparing students for licensure, careers, and competitions such as SkillsUSA. She has served many years as a SkillsUSA advisor and judge for the local and state competition. She’s also a Bronner Bros. International Beauty Show educator, where she shares her expertise with stylists and instructors nationwide.
Contressa is the founder of Noble Glam Hair Collection LLC, a global e-commerce beauty supply brand, and the driving force behind Revilo Gives, Inc. which is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting underserved students and families through back-to-school drives, literacy programs, hygiene services, and more. Through her philanthropic efforts, she established Beauty Experts Curating Cosmetology and Aesthetics (BECCA) Scholarship, dedicated to helping future cosmetologists, barbers, and estheticians achieve their dreams without being held back by financial barriers. This initiative awards scholarships to students enrolled in accredited cosmetology programs, covering tuition, kits, supplies, and licensing exam fees, so they can focus on mastering their craft and building a career with confidence. Her mission: to bridge the gap between beauty and wellness while empowering the next generation.
Contressa recently transitioned into tv and film working on set in the hair department earning IMDB credits.
Lequvia Ousley-Board Member
Lequvia Ousley is honored to serve with Revilo Gives, Inc. bringing over 10 years of administrative, creative, and educational experiences and excellence.
A native of Dawson, GA, Lequvia graduated with honors from Terrell County High School in 2003. She received an A.S. in Business Administration from Darton College (2006), a B.S. in Accounting from Albany State University (2008), a M.S. in Accounting & Financial Mgmt. from Keller Graduate School of Mgmt. (DeVry University, 2013), and an M.A. in Professional Writing from Liberty University (2020).
Lequvia is an experienced accounting and administrative professional who has also served Metro Atlanta as an educator and contractor to businesses and individuals. In addition, as the owner and blogmaster of D.I.V.I.N.E. Blogger, LLC (2014), she provides writing services as a freelance writer/blogger who loves to create and edit content for others. She is a 3x published author with a passion and focus for learning, healing, and community service. As an advocate for the literary world, Lequvia has also sponsored and consulted with fellow authors and creatives on various projects. In 2023, her passion and purpose was honored with the 2023/2024 Author Allstar Award by business coach, author, and international speaker Taurea Vision Avant.
Through the years, Lequvia has dedicated her time serving within various organizations as a mentor, board member, and volunteer. As a serial entrepreneur, she is a member of the Embassy International Chamber of Commerce, founding member of the EICC Network and a member of the Stonecrest Chamber of Commerce, serving as the Communications Chair. Lequvia also serves as the blogmaster for the local Just Write! Support and Mastermind Group, a local writer’s group providing resources and encouragement to aspiring and veteran writers. She is a Life Member of the Albany State University National Alumni Association and in her spare time enjoys connecting and serving with fellow alumni of the Albany State University NAA-DeKalb County Area Alumni Chapter. She also enjoys books, music, films, networking, and connecting with family and friends. Lequvia’s personal motto is “Success is the positive result of using one’s God-given gifts to serve others.” With this motto, Lequvia looks forward to serving and promoting Revilo Give’s mission of giving back and making a difference for individuals and communities.
Tabareyon Jones–Board Member
Tabareyon Jones brings a powerful blend of empathy, leadership, and service to the board of Revilo Gives, Inc. With three years of experience as a dedicated guidance counselor, Tabareyon has worked closely with students to help them overcome challenges and unlock their full potential. His heart for youth was evident early on through his work with Open Arms, a group home that supports neglected, abused, and runaway children; a role that further fueled his commitment to advocating for vulnerable populations.
A proud graduate of Albany State University, Tabareyon earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice while achieving recognition as an All-American track athlete. He currently serves as a State Officer for the Department of Natural Resources, where he continues his mission of public service. Tabareyon is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma.
Deeply enthusiastic about making a difference, Tabareyon is passionate about strengthening communities and investing in the future leaders of America. His values align seamlessly with the mission of Revilo Gives, and he brings insight, compassion, and purpose to everything he does.
Dr. Emani Collins-Board Member
Dr. Emani Collins is a proud native of Ellenwood, Georgia. She earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in English from the University of West Georgia, and just last year, in 2024, she completed her Ph.D. in Higher Education Management from Hampton University. Currently, Dr. Collins serves as a 12th-grade English teacher at Carver STEAM Academy, a Purpose Built Schools of Atlanta institution. There, she teaches dual enrollment and advanced placement classes, as well as multicultural literature courses. In recognition of her impact, she was honored as Carver STEAM Academy's Teacher of the Year for the 2024–2025 school year.
Beyond her work in the high school classroom, Dr. Collins also teaches part-time as an assistant professor at Kennesaw State University, Morehouse College, and the University of the Virgin Islands. Her dedication to community empowerment is evident through her collaborations with local nonprofits, Guide Outreach and Equity in Education, as well as the City of Atlanta’s Year of the Youth program, where she leads service initiatives that uplift and support local youth. Dr. Collins believes that the most rewarding aspect of her career is witnessing her students thrive—academically, personally, and professionally—as a result of their own determination and resilience.
Dr. William Atkins-Board Member
William Atkins is a passionate educator and scholar-practitioner with a powerful blend of classroom experience, academic leadership, and youth advocacy. With over five years of service as a K–8 interventionist, William has helped students in underserved communities close academic gaps through data-driven instruction, differentiated learning, and strong community partnerships. His work has led to measurable improvements in student engagement and benchmark performance, particularly among Tier 2 and Tier 3 learners in literacy and math.
In addition to his teaching, William brings years of service in youth focused law enforcement, where he applied trauma informed and restorative justice practices as a campus police officer and supervisor. His unique dual background grounded in education and public policy makes him a passionate advocate for school safety, equity, and academic excellence. William completed his Ph.D. in Public Policy & Administration at Jackson State University (2025), where his dissertation explored school responses to gun violence and champions holistic, prevention-based strategies.
William’s leadership has also been felt through his mentorship work with Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., the Black Males of Excellence initiative, and Alpha Phi Sigma, the National Criminal Justice Honor Society. He has served as an academic testing coordinator, substitute teacher, and GED/vocational coach—all roles that reflect his commitment to access, equity, and educational empowerment. His key strengths include: academic intervention (K–8 ELA/Math), student engagement and restorative practices, curriculum adaptation, IEP/504 accommodations, community engagement and family partnerships, policy analysis, crisis management, and youth mentorship.
William’s mission aligns perfectly with Revilo Gives, Inc. to ensure that every student, regardless of background or circumstance, has the tools, support, and guidance to rise, thrive, and lead.
Matthew McClendon – Board Member
Matthew McClendon is a dynamic leader, decorated U.S. Army veteran, and dedicated community advocate with a proven track record in security operations, crisis management, and strategic leadership. A proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. (2013), Matthew brings over a decade of experience bridging military discipline with civilian excellence. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Albany State University (2013), where he was actively involved in organizations such as SIFE and Peers Promoting Perfection (P3), reflecting his lifelong commitment to service and leadership.
During his military career, Matthew served as an Operations Assistant specializing in anti-terrorism and force protection operations. He successfully oversaw security checks for over 70,000 personnel, coordinated complex security platforms, and conducted high-level surveillance and vulnerability testing for U.S. government facilities. His decorated service includes honors such as the National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, NCO Professional Development Ribbon, and the Sharpshooter Marksmanship Badge.
Post-military, Matthew has translated his leadership into operational excellence across multiple industries, enhancing team performance, streamlining processes, and driving business results.
At Revilo Gives, he offers deep insight into community protection, youth mentorship, and strategic planning. His work continues to empower underserved families while strengthening the organization's capacity to deliver impactful, mission-aligned programming.
Adrienne Clayton-Board Member
Adrienne Clayton is a dynamic and highly respected educator, mentor, and beauty professional with more than two decades of experience in cosmetology, barbering, and nail care instruction. A proud alumna of South Georgia Technical College, Adrienne holds diplomas and certifications in cosmetology (2000), barbering (2014), marketing (2019), and business management (2017). She has served as an instructor at multiple institutions including South Georgia Technical College, Athens Technical College, Albany Technical College, and Virginia College; impacting the lives of both college and dual-enrollment high school students.
Adrienne is known for her exceptional ability to train students in both theory and hands-on skills, while also teaching safety, professionalism, and business preparation. Her extensive skills include leadership, time management, organization, mentoring, lesson planning, administration, customer service, and creative problem-solving. Her classroom and lab duties have spanned recordkeeping, sales, marketing, counseling, and state board exam preparation.
In addition to her teaching, Adrienne is the owner of Two TwentyOne 0Five Beauty Parlor, a mobile salon service that expands beauty access directly into the community. Her passion for mentorship and community service aligns with her work at Revilo Gives, where she serves as a dedicated board member.
Throughout her career, Adrienne has earned numerous accolades, including: Vice President of Phi Beta Lambda (1st Place – SUSO Display Board), Student of Excellence nominee in Business Administration, VICA Skills USA winner in hairstyling and design (2nd and 3rd place honors), President’s List Honoree during her cosmetology training, Recognized leader in student councils and cosmetology competitions.
Adrienne continues to inspire the next generation of beauty professionals with her unwavering dedication, empowering spirit, and commitment to excellence. Her goal is to uplift others through education, creativity, and community engagement.
